Walk West eBooks
If you’re interested in walking and exploring the countryside that surrounds the city of Bristol then you may be interested to know that a lot of my walks are taken from a series of eBooks titled Walk West. I’ve been working from these for almost two-years (at the time of writing) and it’s a little sad to say that these titles are no longer available to purchase.
However, I recently got in touch with the author, Geoff Mullett, who has given me permission to pass these books on freely as I see fit to do so. I can send them to you via e-mail but I’ve also made them available to download using the links below.
I do not and will not charge for this. These books are available for you to discover, as long as you can understand that they will not be receiving any further updates and that one walk in particular (Bridgwater Bay from Walk West 3) is no longer possible, as the Environment Agency are currently re-developing the land (there’s also a note beneath the walk description to remind you of this).
I’d like to say a big thanks to Geoff Mullett as the author of these tiles and also for allowing me the permission the share them with you. I’m happy to receive any feedback or questions you may have.
To download each eBook, click on the relevant link above to open in a .PDF viewer, then select the “Download” icon from the top-right hand corner.

Geoff’s books and walks are terrific – many thanks for making them available. We have the first two but have not seen the third before.
Hi Simon and and thank you for your comment. It’s great to hear from another fan of the Walk West series and I’m pleased you’re now able to discover Walk West 3. 🙂
